- Time Frame: Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Fees: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session time will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. Refunds for cancellations made before this period will be issued minus the platform fee.
- Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance without penalty, excluding the platform fee.
- No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 75% of the session fee.
